My family of 4 with senior parents, spent 14 days in italy and stayed at 5 hotels, this one has the highest score regarding Benefit/Cost ratio. The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.

Perfection! It's not often that the 'real thing' is better than the pictures or even your imagination, but Pietra Campana is. The view of Orvieto is postcard-perfect; it's jaw-dropping. That, coupled with the two most wonderful, caring and friendly hosts you could imagine, plus magnificent, huge, romantic apartment, and an enormous breakfast ... all within a super-easy drive to fantastic Orvieto and wonderful day trips to some of the best hill-top villages in Italy. What more could you ask for?

This hotel is quite large with beautiful buildings and grounds. Parking
is ample, although it was a short walk uphill to our room from the car.
The on-site restaurant is well-decorated with professional and friendly
staff who speak excellent English. The dinner was decent, but the buffet-
style breakfast was excellent. Our room was adequate with what I assume
would have been a great view of the Umbrian landscape, except for it was

This is an exceptional B&B being so modern with all amenities yet set in a rural location easy driving distance to both Orvietto and restaurants. We wished we had have stayed longer. The hosts take care of all needs with an interesting breakfast, the provision of a lovely tart treat and even some of their wine! Great WIFI service too. -

Beautiful large property tucked away in a stunning location surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, home grown vegetables and herbs - with panoramic views of rolling hills.
The owners Catalina and Paulo, plus all their staff, were so friendly and created a really intimate and personal service.
The property was such an oasis and had such a laid back, relaxed feel. The evening meals were really great, and gave us a experience of deliscious, homemade italian food.

from Rome. B&B La Casa Di Tufo is situated along a very peaceful
street just a few minutes way from the centre of Orvieto. It is also
renovated in a modern way to an very old building which makes it even

La Casa Di Turfo is a clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms and jet shower are so very welcome after a long day and there are plenty of clean large towels. Breakfast is typical continental, but very fresh and plentiful. I recommend Casa Di Turfo very highly and would return again if I ever get the chance to go back to beautiful Orvieto.

Podere Sette Piage was the best stay we had in all of Italy. The owner was incredibly welcoming and warm and even took us on a tour of his property. The breakfast was delicious and we were treated with homemade/ grown goods like cheeses and figs. Definitely worth our money!

Excellent location at the foot off this Etruscan walled city with its
cobbled stone lanes and magnificent Duomo. Alberto is a great host and
obliging - offering to take you up to the walled city and either pick
you up or return you to the train station.he even assisted us in
retrieving our passports which were accidentally left behind in
Positano.Good mix of international guests which led to friendly,
enjoyable company, albeit briefly.
