My family of 4 with senior parents, spent 14 days in italy and stayed at 5 hotels, this one has the highest score regarding Benefit/Cost ratio. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner decorated the place with a lot of thoughts and love. We love 2 nights at the top floor. The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.

The place is nice, well restored and with a great view of Orvieto and the hillside. The staff is very friendly: we were going to check in late (10:30 PM), but they kept the kitchen open for us so we could have dinner, a very good one. We definitely recommend it. -

A lovely house in countryside. Very friendly atmosphere. We were late on arrival but the staff left us a note on a front door to ring the bell. So we woke the owner in the middle of the night and he was showing no signs of discontent. It's a nice stay also if you are making a trip by car to Rome and you don't want to stay in Rome's center. The breakfast was great. Lovely to sit outside in the sun, by the pool, and enjoy our cappucinos and delicious breakfast buffet. We were also offered an espresso on our way out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
