  My family of 4 with senior parents, spent 14 days in italy and stayed at 5 hotels, this one has the highest score regarding Benefit/Cost ratio. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner decorated the place with a lot of thoughts and love. We love 2 nights at the top floor. It is a 2 bedroom apt. spacious and facilities has everything you wan... what people say » t. the beddings are very clean and soft. we will choose this lovely house again if visiting Orvieto next time - The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.

  I loved Orvieto. It's quaint, quiet, and just beautiful. It's quintessential Italy. In the evening, after an afternoon shower, the cobbled streets glisten in the light of the street lamps like nowhere else I've ever been. The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was great, an - Beautiful building,very central location,but easy to find,even without GPS,safe parking(albeit a bit tricky to enter),proximity to first class tourist attractions and fabulous restaurants and trattorias,basic,but comfortable rooms.Clearly,it is not a spa,but very adequate base for wandering trough extremely attractive old city.Recommended.

I give this a five star rec - The room we had was delightfully furnished in a simple but tasteful style, with lovely white fluffy towels. The room we had was charming with its beams and slanting roof and the lovely terrace to sit out on. The common room we had to share with others also had charm and was a good place to sit to use the internet. We appreciated the coffee machine - great to have good coffee in the morning.

  Wonderful and relaxing place! The staf and the restaurant was fantastic, great and wellcoming. The views and the outdoor area with pools was very nice! - We liked and enjoyed almost everything about Inncasa. It was everything and more than we had expected. The staff were amazing and very helpful.
