Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. I was there 2 nights and I don´t have any complaint. Good price, good quality, clean and above all a good location. The hotel is small so there is not too much noise during the night. If I will go back to Rome, I will repeat in this hotel for sure.

station. The daytime desk manager was fantastic! He was so helpful with
what to do and where to go. I even walked from the hotel to the Forum
and Colosseum. Took about 20 minutes but not a bad walk. Hotel is also
close to great shopping and restaurants. There is a little pizza place
down the street that serves pizza and a drink for 3.50 Euros! I would

The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. -

She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
