Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of choice. Excellent for shopping or as a launch for exploring all of the main sites of Rome. The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet.

Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc..

Excellent location! Especially for shopping. Many major sites easily within walking distance. I did cab to the Vatican, but was a minimal cost and quick ride in the early am. (cab stand 2 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo). My suite was very quiet with a well stocked fridge of breakfast items including eggs, juice, meats, etc. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was especially kind and accommodating. The wifi, tho fine for e-mail and texting, wasn't strong enough for Skype. Ms.
