The location is super fab...shopping.. Spanish steps.. Restaurants... ! And the hotel also has a bar & restaurant on the ground floor, serving food & drinks till 1:30am...which is great. I booked a suite thru letsbookhotel.com at an awesome rate..& got total value for money, as it was really spacious & comfy. The front office staff at check-in & Check-out was really hospitable,friendly, polite & helpful...! Surely recommend this hotel ..& will surely stay here again.

The area and the restorants under under the rooms window make the sleeping very uncomfortable because the noisy, The room is veryyyyyy small, The staff is very few so they can't clean fast and serve the brekfast fast. Spa & massage was closed during our stay and we are not being informed. The hotel still advertise that there will be Free Massage if book directly to the hotel website & we did. It's a little more costly compact to other online hotel agent. Room is big but mattress too soft. The room needs serious renovation, the shower was old and not clean. Same for the rugs in the room and stairs. Urgently need to be replaced. Breakfast buffet Rooms too tiny and awfully decorated Noise in the evening. Too small rooms, inadequate breakfast, very noisy in the corridors. Very small room, outside a fairly busy side street. heat from lighting to high a little bit noisy from restaurant downstair. Eveything. The restaurant meal I had for dinner was uneatable The bread was like rock, the pasta was stuck together in one big lump, the mussells were tiny and very ordinary They advertise a free massage but this facility does not operate The shower head was loose and sprayed water all over the bathroom To boil the kettle you had to unplug the fridge by climbing under the desk. The Spa was closed and no free massage as promised on the internet. This was really bad and we have asked for compensation but we don´t hear anything from the manager. The rooms are not being properly cleaned, there is a constant unpleasant smell in the corridors, the promised complimentary massage is non-existent. Very limited choice for breakfast. This is poor quality for a 4 star hotel!. The hotel was too small The website does represent the hotel. Noise level was too much The renovation was basic The corridors always dirty Work was going on all the time The lift was not working for a day after complaining they have me 10% discount on that particular day. Basicaly not recomending the hotel to anyone. the brekfast isn,t good ,is too noise at night is derty. So nosiy souroundings and could could not sleep due to near by constructions and the resturants arounds,. Very small hotel, veeeeeeery dirty room, towels and bed ...veeeery small shower ..very bad reception lady ....every thing waaas bad .bad.bad .bad ......never think to vsit this hotel next tome and I will tell my friends about that :( bad history.
