It is user friendly and cheap. - The decor was beautiful, the location was great for what we needed. Directly across from train station, we only stayed one nite before moving on the next day and it was excellent. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, Davide rang the next hotel we were goin to and gave us exact directions including bus and train timetables. We were so grateful.

I booked a double room for single use (at a discounted rate) and the room was above my expectations - large, with a balcony, a big bathroom, a whole set of bathing accessories. The ceiling is v.high so the room looks very spacious and full of light. IT WAS A GREAT FINISH TO OUR HOLIDAY IN ITALY. WE ERE ABLE TO RETAIN THE SUITE TILL 1PM SO IT MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO OUR DAY AS WE WERE NOT GOING ON THE SLEEPER TO PARIS TILL 11.30PM. STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING. WE OFFERED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HALF DAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL WAS FULLY BOOKED.
