The personnel worked perfectly well. Extremely polite workers reception and restaurant. An excellent breakfast (a variety of fruit, a melon, a strawberry, pineapple, peaches etc., a wide choice of cheeses...). Daily cleaning of number, daily change of towels etc. Huge number (~ 30 square metres), the big plasma panel. We will necessarily stop in the future. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The personel and the room were super. Excellent healthy breakfast.the decor of the NH is always modern with great taste and comfort.

Also, some more space at the gym will be great help for travelers that need a little fitness.Water in shower, varied from cold to correct temperature which can be an interesting experience during morning shower. We wanted a double room and we got one in the smoking floor (we do notsmoke), which unfortunately had a smell - but was ok for 1 night that westayed in the hotel. i would like more variety in breakfast,a little far from the center. hotel a little distance away from the centre, approx 3-4 metro stops, and the metro is a fair walk from hotel. not a lot happening around that area. its location. To shower you have to stand in the bathtub.central heating thermometer did not work well. I had to call front a few times, and finally get room changed into another, borrowed a small portable fan. however, the situation was the same during the early morning. it was very cold, and without the fan, we could not have survived... No free internet, a chain hotel which can be found anywhere. Shower extremely bad, shower spray constructed in very cheap way, even worse than standard. Noise of running water because of switched off conditioning system, Closed restaurant for the whole August, Room service didn't pick up the phone, Too high price for WiFi internet (17 EUR for 1 day access).
