  This place is such a great offer. It's walkable throughout the city center. For the price, that they offer. No complaint! Only about the parking for those of you who drive, the parking will be on the street and pay on the meter every 8H. The room was a reasonable size, clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

  We always opt to stay at B&B's while travelling Europe to remain budget friendly and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here (definitely our best stay of the trip). The rooms were very large, clean and breakfast delivered to our room every morning was fantastic. Our room had a great sitting area, large VERY comfortable bed, two pillows ... what people say » and a massive bathroom. The B&B is on a busy street however the bathroom is closest to the road, so we couldn't hear a thing throughout the night - The location is very good. You can visit all the places on foot even vatican can be reached on foot by 30 minutes, colosseum in max 15 minutes etc.. But there are also bus and metro stops near by but i am sure if you take a map it is very easy to go on foot:). Room is quite big for italian meaning. We booked one double bedroom, and it included a extra room with 2 coaches and table where to sit and read or eat breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room every morning.

  What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! The room was perfect, beautifully furnished in a slick simple style, you could see that ever... what people say » ything had been chosen with a lot of attention and taste. Also very nice and clean. My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  The owner Massimo was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The place was furnished with warm and welcoming decor - a relief after an exhausting commute. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and location was a short 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast was simple but for me only the espresso machi... what people say » ne mattered! Would recommend this place to anyone who's on a stricter budget but still want a nice place to stay. - An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!
