We always opt to stay at B&B's while travelling Europe to remain budget friendly and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here (definitely our best stay of the trip). The rooms were very large, clean and breakfast delivered to our room every morning was fantastic. Our room had a great sitting area, large VERY comfortable bed, two pillows and a massive bathroom. The B&B is on a busy street however the bathroom is closest to the road, so we couldn't hear a thing throughout the night . all reviews »
The location is very good. You can visit all the places on foot even vatican can be reached on foot by 30 minutes, colosseum in max 15 minutes etc.. But there are also bus and metro stops near by but i am sure if you take a map it is very easy to go on foot:). Room is quite big for italian meaning. We booked one double bedroom, and it included a extra room with 2 coaches and table where to sit and read or eat breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room every morning.

Location close to everything we wanted. Close to metro lines and able to walk to everything else. Staff wonderful and prompt. Had breakfast in room at 8 and they were dead on with the times. Comfortable and clean. Internet strong and fast enough for a hotel. Altho it was near a huge street we found it quiet enough to sleep and not notice the noise.
Great value for money, friendly staff, close to all main attractions, everything you could want in a city break accommodation, very clean, free WiFi, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with freshly baked croissants. Highly recommended to everyone on a city break.
We really enjoyed our stay in this small hotel!! the rooms were very cute and clean, and the location very convenient! we didn't have to get a taxi or metro to anywhere! everything was closeby! bonus the very good breakfast served in our room every morning!!!.
Location. The hotel was very close to tourist attractions. Metro is nearby. The room were spacious. The staff was nice, allowed us to check in at 10pm ( two hours after check in hours). The breakfast was nice, and was served at room.

The hotel is in a old building with high ceiling and wooden beams. Our room was large with an extra office room. The bed was comfortable , the bathroom nice with plenty of hot water.
Location - you can walk to all main attractions within 15 to 30 minutes & the restaurants across the river are very handy, Space, Ambience, Friendly Staff, Free Wi-Fi.

The rooms were just awesome and had loads of privacy.I expected just clean rooms for the price we paid but was surprised to get a great ambience.

Just adequate but great central location near the coliseum.
Breakfast is good only if you stay few days. We stayed 6 nights and this typical croissant and coffee every morning is not so good :). Everything else was good :).
If you come by metro from station you need to walk about 7-10 min, but
anyway thay have bus stop near the building (1 min).
Could use another blanket in the room. But we didnt ask so I am sure they would bring one. Breakfast is typical italy sweets, and filling enough. But I would love to see cheese and some meats on the tray. We just bought our own to supplement.

Breakfast for 2 (Fruit {grapes and apple}, Yogurts {2 types. 1 out of date; once}, 1 bowl of cereal, 2 Coffee's {not very good}), Heating System (dry and a bit noisy).
Nothing comes to mind, except our room was not ready until 4pm the
day we arrived, but when we got to our room, our host had provided us
with a complimentary bottle of champagne and very romantically
decorated our room.
There was no body wash in the bathroom. It was a bit difficult to find this place as there is no signboard although this is a very petite problem.
Reception is only open for a couple of hours which limits the check-in and check-out time.
