It's walkable throughout the city center.
For the price, that they offer. No complaint!
Only about the parking for those of you who drive, the parking will be on the street and pay on the meter every 8H. One of the staff said about the free parking after the gas station building(but we couldn't find it) so we parked our car on the garage nearby cost €30 for 2 nights. all reviews »
The Guest House is a excellent location for a sight seeing break.
Its approx a 5 min walk from the Metro station, Circo Massimo, 2 stops from the main station Termini.
Its approx a 10 walk to the Coloseum & the Roman Forum & Palatine.
The room was a reasonable size, clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

The Guest House is off a busy road, our room was at the side of the building & had minimal noise, but i'd imagine a room at the front, would be noisy, especially if a light sleeper.
TV, only 2 English channels.
Wifi, could only use it sitting at the desk in Room 1. Shower, controls difficult to figure out and spray from heads was weak.
can be a bit noisy because of thin walls but all in all a very good price/quality product.
Wifi was a little weak on one side of our room.
Floor in entrance/breakfast area is dingy and looks unappealing.
