this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy.

The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
