Lovely place with a great view of the countryside. Sapcious room and quiet place. Not far from the village so we could enjoy great food and lovely music at the place the lady recommended us, the Roadside Tavern. Big smile, even if we arrived late, she gave us all the information we needed to continue our trip for the following day. The breakfast was generous and artistic!! The owner prepared it and took care to shape the food to make it artistic!! Thanks a lot!!.
all reviews » Everything. It was like a nice homecoming and for my birthday there was a candle on my omelette. And I had really good explenations about the things a could do and see. B&B was in a perfect location for us, close to the nature and all interesting sights in the area. We loved our stay and the owners were really friendly. Thank you!. Excellent localition-Cliffs of Moher nearby, Polnabrone dolmen, Aran Island, owners very helpfully, breakfast excelent, really injoy stay, lovely room. Welcoming, service oriented family, tolerant to always right customers, have tried (and succeeded) to spoil us with a very beautiful breakfast. The warm welcome when I arrived, the lovely spotless room, and the breakfast next morning. Had a great night sleep. beautiful view for miles. nature,nice pubs,accommodation was very nice,everything is very near - coast,schoping -Doolin,Lisdoonvarna.Celtic historic building. Good ration price / quality owners very friendly and helpful in the middle of interesting region (sea and mountains very closed). The lady explained everything we had to know about the area. The curtains were transparent, but we had to get up early so we did not mind. The breakfast varied from the menu online.The room was not very spacious for our family size. shower door was faulty,did report it. no proper curtains in the room to close out the light. cash only policy. it was a bit cold in october, a separate from the toilet and shower sink was a bit trouble for me, and if you don't have a car (we didn't) then it could be a problem to find and get to this place, because it is quite far from the Lisdoonvarna town center (about 30 mins of walk). the shower system is a bit odd, with plastic pipes attached to the taps. No shower curtains either. A bit far out of Lisdoonvarna. poor Wifi reception instant coffee. No hair dryer for mum. Possibly soap could be supplied, but then at price charged possibly expected to bring your own. worse beds. hard to find. It is very difficult to find if you haven't got a GPS. The room is ok, but should be warmer. The staff is not really family orientated - not to friendly. Has requested gluten free breakfast for one person when making reservation months in advance and nothing was provided not even gluten free toast.. the bathroom could be cleaner also. Customer Service seemed lacking; I never felt comfortable around the owners. Uncomfortable bed. Bad shower pressure. Not the cleanest room.
