The really like the localization in front of the beach and that you don´t need the key to open the room door. In fact, the guest can open the open the door using their fingers. It really great. The breakfast on the beach was good: banana pancake or eggs or sandiwich, juice and coffee. It is 15 minutes far from the Harbour. The room was very confortable and you can watch some international channels.
all reviews » Super nice hotel, great location, helpful and super friendly staff! No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!. The room was very nice and modern. You open the front door of your room with your fingerprint, not only cool put also practical. The privat beach of the hotel is nice although outsiders could also lay there. 1) The beach front rooms were not very spacious but very nicely done and good location. 2) The staff was extremely friendly. 3) very spacious and good beachfront. 4) Rooms were clean. Nice staff. location and beach view is not bad. situated directly along the main road, so fairly noisy from horse traffic :D. The staff at the recepcion guest try to charge more expensive the snorkel tour. He said that just the same day the price goes up. We didn´t believe and we said that the price was 100IDR. The snorkel tour is very basic is better do snorkel in front of the hotel. You can see many colorfuol fishes. The Wifi connection was terrible or not working. During the end of the day we had no cold water pressure so taking a sower will burn you. The owner is constantly trying to sell you a boat ticket to Bali. We needed it so we asked for his price. The day after we walked to a tourist shop were the tickets were about 50.000 Rhp cheaper. 1) The breakfast is too limited which is included in the room price. 2) The breakfast service was not good as sometimes one used to get bread someday not with omelet etc. 3) The rooms rates are little overpriced. No seaview from bungalow 4. No table/desk and chair, hardly any place to put luggage and clothes. Limited breakfast choice. Not the fault of the hotel, but 2 out of 3 days the wifi was not working, while the "wake-up call" from the mosque at 5 am never failed. Overall they charge too much for what they deliver. Wifi was bad. Couldn't use it at all in the room. TV doesn't work (Not really matters since not doing much activity in room) Wifi connection is unstable ATM next to the front desk doesn't work. Not much to dislike here. Nothing. First when we arrived, we were shocked by the reception, not really looking like a hotel reception (it looked like they were under construction). Then they had a electronic door locking system with your fingerprint which didn't work. Imagine in case of a fire when you can't open your front door !!! Then when I asked for some clothes to be washed, they ruined a very fancy shirt... Thanks God that the place Gili Trawagan made up for it all as it's just fantastic !. Value for the money: it was 2x the price that around it charged for exactly the same kind of accommodation (not listed online), even with "specials". With gt (esp during low season, I guess), you get better prices by walking in - there're a lot of properties not listed online. Also, we booked a "beach front view", all of which were occupied by the time we were checking in - keep in mind that regardless of what you book, you may end up with what they have. the bed was constantly damp. house keeping did not make up our room.
