left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

Everything ! It was a wonderful experience - one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the food was excellent, the pool was wonderful, and just the right, consistent depth for me to swim in and put my feet on the bottom. Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. We stayed only one night. Checked in at about 7 pm and checked out at 11
am. The room was clean and spacious. We were told it was overlooking the
pool but actually it mainly overlooked the roof top of part of the hotel
lobby. The Staff was friendly and courteous. Food at the Red Zen was
okay. Breakfast spread was quite nice and the service was good. I would
definitely recommend the Hotel to others.
