We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice spa! Luxurious rooms - even in their lowest tier of rooms. Friendly staff. Location was easy driving distance to sights and hotel made driver arrangements!.

Location in main city area was somewhat noisy at night (from 10th floor). 1-Little bit away from shopping areas. 2- No Arabic channels in tv. 3- No tab for wc 4- Chargeable internet such hotel like Oberoi Mumbai must be free internet at least included in room rate. 5- Very expensive taxi from/to airport such hotel must be complementary to airport hotel taxi cost inr 5,000/= while outside taxi less than inr 1,000/=. The location is too far from exhibition center... Somehow we managed to have a room with internet not included in the room- rate !! ... and that was not in the 19th century. (Electricity and water for the shower was included though). Well, the additional sheet under the duvet kept seperating from it. It was not very comfortable managing it along with the duvet. I have slept better !. There is no clear guidelines with reception employees about the costs, where we found among the team that we have different rates. There is renovation in the building and swimming pool. WiFi is charged per hour on quite steep rates. I expect WiFi to be complementary nowadays. I lot something, from my unlocked baggage, but after reporting found it in most unusual place. Very surprising !!!. It is very annoying and irritating when you stay at a 5 star hotel but get charged for wifi, it is both insulting and shows the hotel cares more for little money then the comfort of guests. This ruined my stay. Internet should be free for guest and food is over the line. They don't provide extra bed for adults. Airport pick-up far too expensive. Should be complementary like at other hotels of same category. Wlan should be complementary Brackfast buffet ok but small in selection. A bit away from the business center. no free wifi at the looby... security check for the gust for each entiry. nothing. Nothing. The instant coffeeEverything.
