Very conveniently located for the airports (international and domestic) As luxurious as you would expect from the Hilton brand, although I was pleasantly surprised by how comparatively cheap things like drinks were, compared to other hotels I stayed at in India. Staff impeccably polite and incredibly helpful. Very comfortable accommodation and staff that made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to spend an extra day and the staff organised a hotel car to show us the sights of Mumbai - a very enjoyable day with a driver who was very knowledgeable and proud of his city.

Very close to the International Airport. I liked nearly everything.Breakfast was a bit poor regarding the variety of the food although the room rate didn' t include the breakfast cost. The entrance to the hotel does not have the grandness of it...in fact, it kinda looks shabby opposite the huge ITC Hotel. Despite being right next to the International Airport, there was no free pickup/drop. That was shocking too given the price the rooms come in with. It is very interesting but in Mumbai none of the drivers of the cabs I got on knew the location of the hotel although it is very close to the international airport. n/a. We did not have long enough to stay at this hotel. TV was pay per view?????. AC system in stand-by mode (once going out of the room) was setting up the temperature to 17 deg. C. Always very cold after come back. The smell and cleanliness of the room was not good. Airport transfer cost and the internet surcharge not justified for luxury hotel. No accomodation for personal car drivers. Paid internet and expensive. bill was a lot more than i expected, due to taxes. Staff said it was because i booked single occupancy instead of 2. Couldnt check my confirmation at the time, but it turned out i did book for 2 and the extra was taxes. Really nothing. buildins is little bit old fashion. They forgot about my airport pick-up, while it was clearly mentioned in writing with all detail on my reservation. I forgot a valuable item in my room after check-out. Assitance was poor and confusing they checked the wrong room and kept discussing that I slept in different room, wasting half a day untill I proved with invoice. Meanwhile no more trace of the package and I lost precious item. Laundry service only delivered the last minute before departure and after insisting. Do ont tale taxi from Hilton at AirPort thé y Will charge u 1250 roupies for 2 km² Hère à taxi at thé exit Will charge les than 300!!. staff very slow long time to check in rooms not ready even at 4:30 pm bed sheet very damp.
