Room was very spacious and value for money. And the best thing I noticed was the staff. Staff was very kind and appeared in well manner. And hotel too is very near to international terminal of MUMBAI. Great hotel in walking-distance to airport. Very nice, big, modern room (nice big bed!) and bath, great amenities, very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. A clear recommendation!.
all reviews » I was wheelchair bound customer, even though I had my sister-in-law with me to help me in the hotel, whenever I asked for help the staffs were very kind and helpful. I liked their breakfast and the staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They were also very helpful. Also, the room was very nice and clean. Excellent room with friendly staff. Variation of room rate during our stay from inr 4000 for the first 3 days to 5000 in the next 2 days. There is no fix rate. I booked the hotel before 1 month( month of June ) which has higher rate than my colleague who booked a day before we checked in. Toilet is stinking. The noise in first floor during parties and meeting disturbed the occupants in the second floor. Charging for Airport transfers as Airport is hardly 1 km away!. service was average. The bad about this hotel was, this hotel located on very busy street. Very noisy even during night time. I think they should put sound proof glass to minimize traffic noise, other noises as well, such as from the mosque (5 am in the morning). The staff of Reception and Cashier were terrible. They are impolite. It was the first time to experience this kind of behavior in India. The hotel should train them. Very inexperience staff they are sitting on Front-desk but don't know how to deal with the need of client very ignorant and confused. The noise of the party on the 1st floor. It was incredibly loud,even on the 7th floor. Breakfast room is small. Rates while booking is not clear. After request they did not send pickup coach. The hotel is overpriced. They advertise they have a fitness room, which is a brick shack next door on a dirty vacant lot with a treadmill. Big mistake! Better to say no you don't have a gym or fitness center. It is visually nice and clean due to remodel, but a long ways from being a good value. The noise from the party on the 1st floor was audible in our room on the 7th floor. Despite repeated calls to reception, the noise went on until 23:45, incredibly late for us as we had a very early flight to catch the next morning. The fitness centre was terrible. Its not even on the property and a small dirty room with just 3 cardio machines!! The management misrepesents and cheats on the rates as well so you have to watch out on what to expect!!. The reception was very rude. They did not believe that we were a married couple asked for many ids. Did not accept the Pan Card as ID. Also first said that we are not allowed to stay but when i scremed they allowed. We wanted to walk out but they said now that we have allowed you if you leave you will still have to pay. They have different policies for Indian and Forigners. They care more for the firangs than the Indians. Very Sad Experience. ripping off customets. overcharged by debit card by rs 1500. and not acknowdgingbit. after i confirmed with bank sms they said it will be refinfedvin 21 days. pathetic customer service.
