Staff was attentive to details, very polite and friendly. Room was clean and newly decorated. The district is very quite, 200 meters to metro, bus stop of double decker for sightseeing is also within 150 meters. Our room was large and comfortable. Huge bed. Well appointed bathroom. Roof top pool with bar and cafe and the most outstanding view of the Acropolis. Great location. A good hotel.
all reviews » The staff and service at Novus are exceptional. Clean, modern, and central to Athens. The rooftop pool/bar with Acropolis view is the crown to this excellent, exemplary hotel. Loved the decor, the hospitality, the view of the Acropolis from the roof, the breakfast in the morning and appreciated the security outside the hotel. The hotel is in new modern building, in the center of city and near to metro station. The breakfast was excellent. Very nice horel for me!. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good with options hot & cold. We lucked room 713 with a view to the Acropolis. Best value for money. No particular comments. We felt crisis in Greece :(. There is nothing about this hotel that we didn't like. The WiFi Password had to be renewed every 12 hours. It would have been nice to have one password for my entire stay, but not that big of a deal. The only negative I could say was the coffee quality at breakfast! But that is just a tiny detail. Small TV, breakfast selection could be more versatile, no mini bar, would have been nice to have one wi-fi code for entire stay and not only for every 12 hours. The location- while only 15m metro from the city, the area isn't great and there's not a lot around. Sorroundings Better quality expected for the price paid. The lift next to the room was noisy. Slight sewage smell from bathroom drain. Bathtub was bit Brocken when I full bath water going out from somewhere behind. No gym. Not as quiet as i 'd like, especially my room in the 7th floor. Small elevator from parking garage. The neighbouring area. Nothing to see at the neibourhood.
