It felt very non-touristy and the full kitchen with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator was great. The bathroom had plenty of space. We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).
Good and diverse breakfast. All in all highly recommended for the no-frills budget traveller.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
