These are beautiful apartments with excellent and friendly staff. We had a 4-person room and had plenty of space. The pull-out couch was actually very comfortable. The accomodations are clean, new, and very well thought out. There is also a small restaurant in the lobby where seating is designed so that you can watch and talk to the chef as meals are prepared. Our teenagers really liked that.

Breakfast facilities were good and the chef was very chatty and happy to let us try different dishes he was preparing for the day, reception staff also very friendly.The rooms are absolutely fantastic. They are spotless clean.Regarding to the previously writen coments, the surrounding of the hotel appartments it is a very quite area tipical to the other zones in Berlin.The staff is super fantastic , especially Mr. Stephan. After a week in this place i could say for sure that i would choose this hotel over and over again . Schoenhouse Apartments are brilliant! They are perfectly situated to easily and quickly get to the best parts of the city. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly - and the apartments are spacious, comfortable and clean. We went on a stag do, but it would be just as suitable for a weekend away for a couple/family or even on business.The apartement is rather spacious and well equipped. The location is quiet and close to U-Bahn station. Although we arrived when the reseption was closed, the keys and the directions were left at the entrance, so we got to the room easily. Very friendly staff and very nice inner yard. Great apartment hotel, we highly recommend it. I stayed in the Deluxe XXL apartment with 5 friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very comfortable and beautifully decorated, the location was brilliant, close to the u bann, supermarket and restaurants. I will definitely booking these apartments when I visit Berlin again in the Summer.Schoenhouse Apartment is great accommodation with modern and functional interior which makes the customers feel like home in the heart of Berlin. The apartments were wonderful, i can not fault them, they were situated in a lovely urban nieghbourhood with plenty of shops, bars and restauraunts and close to the main transport links. Whilst not of he 'beaten track' the location offered enough divresity from perhaps other more tourist orientated districts, that is not to say the area was not welcoming and tourist friendly. All round fantastic. The apartment was clean and within a few meters of a main U-bahn station. There was a bakery, a 24 hour convenience store on the corner and the apartment itself had a small cafe and gift shop. The apartment itself provided everything we needed: dishes, glasses, dish soap, paper towels, sugar, salt, pepper and coffee filters. The apartment had elevator access. Staff was friendly and helpful.We needed better instructions for using public transportation to find the apartments. This was apparently sent by the hotel to us via email but we were already traveling so we didn't receive it. Shoenhauser Allee has ascending street numbers on one side, and decending numbers on the opposite side. We didn't notice that on the tram until we were far north of where we needed to be. Well, if there was soap to use the washing machine, it would have been 100% perfect, but maybe that's asking a little too much.The only thing I think should be better is to have better pilows. More and better pilows. only one thing, we were on the 1st floor and our apartment was directly above the entrance and the door was very heavy and slammed shut quite loudly. but a pretty minor complaint. difficult to find with public transportation - they need to include very good directions for train travelers. In the apt. of 4, 2 people must sleep in the bed-couch. Not very comfy. Since there is plenty of space, I don't see why they don't find a better solution.This is a non smoking residence , yet it gives you the option ofsmoking/non smoking on the website. poor wlan signal strength, sofa bed is not big enough for 2 men, ground plan example is different for deluxe apartment - no balcony. just that for 4 people it was a bit small to share, as all slept in 1 rrom. No lift in the part of the hotel where we were located. Top floor apt. with no elevator. room service. the only problem we had was that a group of students were staying at the hotel, at night they made lot of noise, shouting and bothering. I cannot think of anything I did not like.
