When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
