Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The hotel buisiness is very good and although around 10 staff were working still there was a queue there ... I recommend staying there :).

almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request. very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner. The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much! A free bottle of water provided in the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to Potsdamer Platz in central Berlin,very close to the main sights of the city(Reichstag,Brandenburg gate,Checkpoint Charlie,Unter den Linden avenue) and right next to a metro station. The hotel interior design is simply amazing. I would definitely stay there again!!!. Everything: space in the room, they provided a baby bed upon request, the confort of the bed and pillows, the functioning of the TV, air conditioning, free internet in the room, kindness and efectiveness of the staff. A metro stop literally by the hotel, and the S-Bahn less than 500m away. Shopping centre with restaurants close by. Excellent locations - 5 min to Potsdamer Platz, therefore close to food, shopping, sites....etc. Convieniently located right above a U-Bahn station. Room modern, clean. Bed is small by American standard, but it is very very comfy. Next to a grocery store, and 5 min to a gourmet grocery store. I liked so much the cleaness and the attention of the employees. Also the breakfast buffet was plenty of options but I founded a little but expensive. The bar offer also was Good and the perdonalized attention of the bar tenderswasexcellent. Great location fun quirky design good food friendly staff. Only complaint the 4 rooms were charged separately to my credit card so this meant I paid 4 payment charges on my credit card bill! 1 total charge for rooms would cost me less. I stayed in this hotel with a friend and we loved it. The location is perfect and the hotel itself was amazing: very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was so nice and the cleaning service great. The partnership with Holmes place added to the stay and made it that much nicer. The hotel was exellent for our stay as we attended the Berlinale with main cinemas at Potzdammer platz. Breakfast cost about 20 Euro, too expansive, luckily a few great cafe near by (5 min). No hot pot to make tea or coffee in room. I missed the small bottles of body cream, the shower cap snd the rest of the amenities. Something that was too bad was the bar. We only had 1 bottle of water the first night. Can't do anything about it - just not enough outlets... but we learned to buy a multiple outlet now when we travel. The prices in the bar/restaurant are a rip off. 8 Euros upwards for a glass of wine and 6 euros a beer (50cl). Much cheaper in town. Staff good overall but lacking that extra quality you would expect for a 4 star Hotel. No kettle, tea and coffee in room, had to ask for one (not standard anyway apparently?). The area has no nice cafés for breakfast og lunch. Can recomend to take the metro a few stops for breakfast if you don't buy it at the hotel. The breakfast is with 20 eur per person extremely expensive. Wait staff at he restaurant was rude and unfriendly.They also made many mistakes. Only one of bar personnel saved the day. All was fine!. problems with wi-fi connection in our room. Daily room replanishement of Tea and coffee sachet did not happen. No note pad or writing papers, shower glass divider can not be closed properly allways water on the floor. Breakfast room during itb at 0800 was packed, maybe open the Bar for the overflow. Difficult to adjust the room climate, did not respond. No equipment of hot drinks making in the room. There was no kettle in the room to make a coffee. Vacum cleaning hose all day long in the hall, if you open french balcony door I am not shure that this is solid... Staff in the bar could have been more attentive. nothing. Breakfast was a bit pricey so missed that out. Was given disabled room without consultation and had to move as the bathroom basin wouldn't allow us to use a plug for washing. Being charged for breakfast I didnt have. Temperature control in the rooms (rooms were far too warm) Lack of a mirror in the rooms (apart from in the bathroom) Absence of proper separation between bath tub and the rest of the bathroom leading to water leaking onto the bathroom floor. No mini bar in the room, no kettle, narrow parking. The hotel makes you feel like something missing in the corridors. the quality of the breakfast, this was just of moderate quality. Room equipment (no kettle), breakfast was expensive. Bathroom door opens by self.
