Close to transport or even walking distance to things. Wonderful breakfast and rooftop dining room. Very quiet at night and weekend.close to the centre yet a quiet situation. It's only a short walk to Potsdamer Platz and from there you can go anywhere in the city.This Hotel has everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel and the staff were very helpful, Breakfast was good and had a wide choice. The room was light and airy and a good size. Public Transport was close at hand and we could get round the city very easily.Very friendly hotel staff. Nice breakfast buffet (with a view). Rating from very good service on one morning to very bad service and untidy tables on the other morning. The lights in the corridors turn off automatically and must be manually turned on every minute or so. The staff did not tell us this before we got in the elevator and went up to our room to find the floor dark.The pilow is not so good. The double bed that was left was very lumpy and not very comfortable. The breakfast was short hours and we didn't get up early enough to get the breakfast.Stained carpet in room. Room very small. 1. 24 hours receptionist 2.Use of a card instead of key. Television mainly in German. The temperature in the room was too high some nights.Shower with stains... Ugly carpet and furniture... My 'single' had two single narrow beds along walls, could not get another room with a single wide bed. TV is German only. Expensive -swisshotel- internet. Overheated breakfast room: should be ok in summer, as there is a terrace.
