Excellent breakfast bar; convenient location, friendly staff. I also hada dinner there which was very good for the price. - The security-when we got there to check in, you had to ring the door bell before you scould get in.

We liked every aspect of normal hotel amenities found at the ante porta. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was perfectly designed for function and comfort, the bathroom answered all needs, the breakfast was sensational and the location superb. The parking was convenient and secure. I would stay at this hotel and any other just like it anywhere in the world if available.

Our room was fabulous and very clean. It had a nice shower and a bathtub(!), plus a hair drier and magnifying mirror for makeup. The room and bath had many shelves and towel rods for laying your stuff out and staying organized. Bed very comfortable. Pay for the parking behind hotel. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. English and German.
A free drink at the bar was offered after check-in, which was a nice touch.
The location is close (5 mins walk) to the old city centre, yet easy to unload bags/check-in as there is a reserved bay in front of the hotel. Private covered parking is available a 2 min walk away (4.70 euros per night), the WiFi worked fine on my visit.
