Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.We arrived late and were able to order good food within 5 minutes ofrestaurant closure in a friendly fashion.

Staff where very helpful when service required. Also not to "in your face" like in some other hotels. Quick location. 1 Minute walk from the old city center (Porta Nigra, the Dom, ...). very close to everything, nice breakfast,clean and comfortable rooms and very freindly staff. The hotel is located near the Market Center, restaurants, and many landmarks my family frequents. Parking was extremely convenient. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic.central location. Location. Centrale ligging van het hotel, royale parkeergarage naast het hotel, mooie lobby, mooie badkamer, kamer OK (2 eenpersoonsbedden...). Standard + location. Location and Coffee service in Room.No. I would comment on the price of breakfast though (16 euro per person); there were numerous places within a five minute walk of the hotel offering excellent cheaper alternatives. We had breakfast alfresco on the three mornings of our stay at Cafe Zur Steipe, Hauptmarkt; here, there were many choices of breakfast from simple coffee and croissants to elaborate gourmet/gourmand offerings. I wish they had a pool. The room was a bit of a disappointment because it was smaller than anticipated for the rate. The furniture was also a bit dated and worn. However, the overall facility was kept nice and clean.no swimming pool. Stug personeel. Air conditioning difficulty.

Go straight on at 2 sets of traffic lights, get into the left lane before the 3rd set of traffic lights and go straight on at the junction (Nikolaus-Koch-Platz).
