You get what is being promised, inexpensive, decent, clean accommodation not far from the public transport. Actually the hotel is within walking distance (one U-bahn stop) to the center of West Berlin, but it is also quiet and free of the big city noise. Contrary to some old comments Internet has been improved and has worked fine. Breakfasts are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.

Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D - The atmosphere is very pleasant; the rooms are big, well decorated and cosy; the staff takes care of all details and the hotel is very well placed just in the centre of Berlin. If I come back to Berlin we will for sure choose the same hotel.

This is my most favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my 2 month trip through Europe. The price was definetly affordable for the accomodations, the staff was incredibly helpful and I really couldn't of asked for a better room. Central location and close to public transportation. Very good breakfast - value for money - Twenty four hour reception which meant there was always someone to answer our questions. Facility to come and go as we pleased without restriction. Close proximity to tube.
