We were impressed with all aspects of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed bed and breakfast and found that the service in the restaurant was excellent, not to mention the delicious food. Top quality rooms, great location, helpful staff. Overall, a great hotel!. Convenient and centrally located, in walking distance to center of town. There was a small step into the bathroom which was easy to trip over; thre are several simple and cheap ways of remedying this problem, for example, by attaching a sloped piece of white painted wood at the step.The matress in my room was badly worn out in one spot. This caused me to literally fall out of bed a few times because the matress would slip off of the bed due to it not having any support at all. The bed was a twin so this left me laying as close to the wall as possible without room to roll over. The room was very hot - it would be great to find there an air cooling system. The little fan was deffinitively too little due to hot weather.If there would be cooling system, I would rate this superb. Cooling fan isn't enough expecially on summer time. On a very noisy street. No air conditioning.The only problem was that the rooms were very hot due to the hot weather. more pc for connecting to internet!. Room was not renovated since a while but it was very clean. The price for breakfast is to high and the room furniture is a little old.identifying how to use the hot water system in the rooms. Taps on walls as well as in the bathroom and kitchen. Noise from the street. No room service, no cofee/tea facilities in room (if you like drinking cofee after wake up at the afternoon this will be your nightmare!) Internet extremely expensive for your laptop (17€ per day) and if you have not a laptop no access available, the worst: no internet places near to this hotel. Not so good, than breakfest wasn't included in hotel prise.It would be useful to have wireless connection at the hotel. the carpet was grose. Payment of the whole stay was required at the check in - even if the reservation was covered by a credit card number, and payment was by credit card. This is a sufficient reason for me to no book again in this hotel. Breakfast buffet was good enough, but 14 € for it was too much. I was very disappointed to hear that my colleague had seen a rodent in the dining room on Thursday morning at breakfast. He reported this to a staff member. Also I felt that the pillow was old and not very comfortable .
