Off course we can not simply compare to the hotels in Japan, which have different level of standards. We, Japanese family in Germany could stay very comfortably.I loved the breakfast buffet it was amazing .. I also liked the room size and the facilities within the rooms. The Sauna and the Steamroom facilities were great also. The Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was located withing walking distance from the main central shopping area!.

The key card system was a bit tricky at first but this is the only negative point i could think of. It rained once, but the hotel even provided umbrellas, brilliant. the naked sauna!!!. We do not like the pillows, the rest is fine. e-mailed and requested early check in time. This was not available. Told to come back at 2pm, did this, room was still not ready, came back later and was given a twin room, when a double was booked. Got room changed, but whole event was far too long. Staff were helpful, but it should never have got to that if attention had been made in the first place.Too less TV channel, especially for Asian channel. 土曜の夜だったためか、隣の幹線道を通る車の音がうるさかった。(Maybe due to Saturday night, the sound of cars which pass along near main road was noisy). wireless network is out of reach at the penthouse rooms. wish they offerring dinnes since they have resturant space but most bad eprience had with hotel is i asked for extra bed and they offer me broken one .next morning i told them about it and they chenge the bed but after period of sty (7nights) they charge me for the bed even becouse of they admet broken some part of the bed so recomend to make sure not hapen this to any other. The lifes are very slow .The relaxing area was very small, the bar, reception area were almost one, it was a shame.On breakfast choice of food was not enought. The room was advertised as "penthouse suite", but in fact far smallerthan a regular room.Difficult room key system, several attempts, had to call reception, bad contact in key hole.impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom, smelly corridors /probably the carpet/, no place within room to hang a long raincoat, hard-to-use and troublesome door opening mechanism, no relaxing services available /massage, jacuzzi, aromatherapy.../. Small reception area. window was not closing completely (noice and cold were getting through), bathroom door was not closing comletely.When we called to the reception for some help, a hotel employee was sent to us. She came to the door and after knocking, immediately unlocked the door and came in... What if we were still dressing up??. Very poor breackfast selection....No aircondition.The reception people were not very much informed about the good restaurants around the hotel. They sent me to a very bad one saying it is very good. Many maintenance people were using the elevators with all equipments needed to repair together with the clients. small elevator. The bathroom was tiny - a huge shower space, but no room around the sinks. Very poorly designed. The water was only warm and not hot.Room smelt of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Unreliable, noisy and poor airconditioning. Fussy door locks.extremely small bar/lobby area plus it took 40 mins to get a taxi. it seems taxis do not park at this hotel.Room furnishings very worn out. Attitude of reception when checking in was really poor. She did not even check the files and just told me that there is no my reservation even though I made. She told me to wait 5minutes, but she is not taking care of my arrangement and started to take care of people who came after than me. No apologize until I complain strongly about it.受付の女性は愛想がなく、求めている情報を提供してくれなかった. the Breakfast was not up to standard very janpaness, I requested for a conecting room for me and family and it was not available, the room I got was on a somking floor when I requested a non smoking for me and my kids it was unavilable so I had to put up with a smoking room that I was unable to breath in.
