Location, staff and comfortable room. The location, style and comfort.The service and athmosphere was warm and friendly. Great breakfast.Relaxing lounge - complete with library for use.we were very surprised about the hotel. You can easily walk to the Old Town. The room was very nice for the money we paid. Hotel staff was very polite. I think rooms are better on the 6th floor.Friendliness of staff. Difficulty in finding parking.Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and bigger towels!. the hotel was very difficult to find as the entrance isn't very well marked. no tea/coffee/water facilities in the room (not imperative, but still). Not the best area. the staff were very rude. Rooms are not perfectly clean. At the first sight all seems okay, but if you reach shelves, you will find a lot of dust. Also the neighborhood may seem to some people not the safest place to walk in the night. But it is not that bad.Ikea flair. Carpets in room and hallway were extremely dirty. Stain on armchair wasn't cleaned up even after I asked them to do so.
