The best three Star in City Centre of Dusseldorf. Perfect Service. Multilingial. Fantastic Breakfast and brandnew bathrooms. Clean & Proper as nowhere else . We have chosen the hotel for its location. Nice and varied breakfast .Breakfast facilites are vet good - nice selection.

Nice and varied breakfast room.Very nice buffet b'fast and close to central mainstation too..the location and the breakfast were ok. Helpful staff.Be aware of being in city centre. Open windows and you will hear the traffic. Location was a little far fron the old town and shops - OK buy taxi but a long walk. Seemed as an old building, we had a room on the attic.there had been smoked in the room. the misleading from the staff about the telephone conversation cost - it cost me a fortune and it was really very disappointing! Especially with the explanation at my check-out - sorry we can`t do anything for you nevermind that you received wrong information!!!. Rather noisy, due to its location at a major road junction. Other rooms may have been quieter.
