Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice choice for breakfast, very good location (it's just next to a very cheap garage where you can leave your car for 3 euros/day), walking distance to the centre, nicely decorated, also the bed was very comfy.
The staff were welcoming and eager to help during our stay, especially at the bar/cafe! The hotel is almost brand new and was very clean and comfortable. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Hauptbahnhof.all reviews
Staff very helpful. Good location close to old town area for Xmas markets and attractions. Also very close to the main station so further travel around ie Cologne was very simple. Great value for money.
Fantastic location if you need to use the main station, good wifi connection (free), comfortable beds, good showers. What more do you need, really? Well. Except tea and coffee!.

While is 10 minutes from the city centre, it's only 2 minutes walk from the train main station (Hauptbanhof). The staff is so friendly, and the breakfast is perfect.

the hotel was fully booked so there was not enough tables for everybody to sit down and have their breakfast, so people had to wait. plus, they had very few normal tables, and the other tables were very low and the chairs were those roundy shapy spinning around chairs - great for a lounge bar, not so great for breakfast.
The small parking garage was full during our entire stay. Parking was available nearby but in a very old and run-down garage. Also, we were informed that guests are not allowed to use the patio area unless they buy drinks or food from the bar.

I know it's a "reduced service" hotel and part of the model is that they don't provide tea/coffee in the rooms, but for me, the fact they don't provide it in the rooms is a negative. It didn't stop me booking, though!.

Bed and pillow weren't that comfortable. Also lack of tea and coffee at the room was bit disappointing. But overall a great motel to spend few nights.

Limited space to store (and open) your suitcase. No laundry service, no guide to other services either. It's all very basic, which is OK if you don't expect too much.

* dirty blue carpets in the restaurant.
Breakfast was chaotic. There wasn't enough space for all the guests, and there was no one (visibly) coordinating the area. We found a corner at the bar to have our breakfast. Somes guests were standing with their plate and coffee mug waiting for space to sit or had already started eating standing up.
No hand/face soap available, only shampoo!.
Although it sounds appealing, breakfast in a lounge isn't that comfortable.
hotel did not have an adaptor to charge laptop - a basic any hotel would have. Also there we no tea-coffee makers in the room - again a basic for any hotel nowadays.

There is no different types of pillows. Stnadart pillow is too much hard for me I couldn't get sleep all night.
