The room was exactly how it was described online and perfect for what was required. the location and abdel your manager was very nice and responsible.Convenience to the metro and trams and yet no train noise, good breakfast, clean and well kept. If those are taken, street parking is difficult to find and garages aren't cheap (although train station parking garage is nearby and about 15 Euro a night). Breakfast is poor but expensive (8 euro!). Wi-Fi is available but also expensive (5euro/hour). But there are several cafe restaurants with wifi in the city center. the hotel rooms should have a mini-bar. Wifi not free (€ 5 an hour!!, Fortunately free wifi at the McDonald'snearby). Hallways were rather smelly (rating would improve without thesmell). Room smelled (cigarette smoke) which diminished after sprayingwith the the staff provided neutralizer. Elevator broken (3 days! Stayedon 5th floor). Shower didn't look very appealing (shower curtain, showerhead, bathroom walls). The staff could have been much more personable. The rooms were adequate, though not at all like the pictures on the site. The shower was absolutely dreadful; you couldn't move without either getting caught in the curtains or turning the temperature control to extreme heat or cold.very small rooms, and very thin walls. Room noisy at night and smelled of garlic.There are too many homeless in metro station. The rooms size are verysmall the hotel is also very small. We didn-t like de shower, becase it was impossible to wash our hair.The bathroom is bad and so small.The standard was in the lower part of 2 stars. Lift broken for 3 days of stay. We were on 5th floor! Strong smell of garlic in room. Mosquitos infested room and decor of whole hotel was poor and the hotel carpets were dirty.
