Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

The first hotel in Europe that had true air conditioned rooms. thank you for that - Quiet room that accommodated all four of us on one room (reason we chose the hotel), renovated bathroom with nice tub, fantastic assistance from the front desk staff, who informed us of strikes/slow downs at the airport and arranged alternate transportation for us.

Was here in march 2013. Hotel is pretty good. Main thing is it's location. 1 minute from Saint-Martin channel, big shops, stors like Monoprix, and Subway.

Adjacent to the famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Rooms have kitchenette
facilities, which helps with costs, since dining out in Paris can be
very expensive, even in modest cafes. The staff was courteous and
helpful, the rooms well furnished and beds comfortable. I suppose it is
the French custom to clean hotel rooms only once a week, or so was our
experience. That was ok for us, since we tend toward neatness in our at-
home lives.
