We thought it was really good value The position was excellent for access to centre. Breakfast exceptional, staff friendly and helpful. Room pristine and comfortable. It was very close to the Gare De Lyon station. The staff over there were very friendlly and helpful.It was perfect for us because we wanted to use the Gare de Lyon train station for our travels and it was in a great private location for that. Plenty of good restaurants around too. Good breakfast as well!! We will stay there again next trip to Paris!.

It was close to a main metro station and within walking distance of alot of sights. There were lots of cafe's/bakeries and places to getfruit close by. The hotel is a bit of a way out of central Paris, but was excellent value. very narrow hallway to rooms, breakfast room in the basement, not well ventilated room. The lift cvould only carry two people, and the hallway was narrow.There's not a lot of space in the room so if you have an extended stay, it might get cramped. twin beds pushed together instead of a double, thin walls. the walls are thin. No air conditioning. Hard to find it, the street is so small it does not appear on the map.Only two little soaps for three nights. Hotel did a check on my credit card, and put 1/3 of my bill in pending for a week prior to arriving as way of security, this wasn't mentioned. during booking. had what we expected. The room was quite small and it had a very small wardrobe. So, we didn't have much space for the suitcases and the clothes.the state of the lift . everyone who stayed there appears to have left there name on the stainless steel inside . The receptionist who worked the night shift was not very pleasant. The rooms were very small. they need to lose the orange paintwork!. Saturday breakfast not enough food. The carpet looked so old--what is it about hotel carpets? they all look grungy, ugh--and the shower head was not working properly and continually sprayed up or down or sideways.Yes, the bathroom was lacking a shower curtain. It was possible to hear the subway rolling though beneath the house. The doors to the rooms were nonexistent to noise. The accommodation was good value but we thought the breakfast was not such good value.The rooms were very small, and also the halls were a bit tight to move about. room was very small, the bathroom flooded and the room smelled of stale smake, however we were allowed to change rooms after 1st night.
