The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. I don't know how the location would be for sightseeing although you can get everywhere on the tube (two stations within two minutes walk of the hotel). We were also very happy with the service in the hotel, all spoke English and one lady spent a good 15.

Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance. The metro station and a small supermarket are in 3min walk. There are more restaurants around. The city center is approx. 25min walking. The room is small, but clean and modern with wifi. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The purpose of the trip was spending the week end in Paris before catching a flight after arriving by train, we choose the hotel as it was located near the Gare de l'Est so easy for the logistic. Excellent location, clean room and the staff members are very warm and helpful. The free internet in the reception is a value for guests. The buffet location and spread is very good. Small, but tastefully presented. Ideal for 1-2 nights. As a business traveller, often staying in Paris, this is a hotel I would be happy to revisit. Excellent location (walking distance to strasbourg saint-denis subway station), friendly staff, very clean hotel, good breakfast. We had a quiet room away from the road which was an advantage. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from the other rooms. Nothing really bothers us, but the staff were a bit too commercial to sell their shuttle to the airport. We found a chepest way by ourselves to reach CDG. Room was small, and voices easily carry through to adjoining rooms. rooms a bit small, hot water in the bathroom was a trickle, lift was out of order while checking out so I had to walk down from the 6th floor. For some reason your website (not the hotel's) refused my card on numerous occasions before we booked. Fortunately the hotel agreed to our booking without the card and all was well and the card worked perfectly at thw reception desk as I knew it would. The room was quite expensive for what it was but we were right in the middle of things, a short walk from two Metro stations and a very buzzy corner of Paris. Small room. A bit pricey. It is bit expensive, considering that the rooms were small and breakfast was not free. Hotel is quite 'compact' (or maybe I mean 'cramped'). There was no safe in the room, although one was advertised. Reception staff spoke only rudimentary English. I know from long experience that hotels in Paris are expensive, but still, the Moris Grands Boulevards is not particularly good value. -Very difficult to connect to WIFI -Breakfast rather expensive. Go and eat outside!. Overpriced, also room was twin (not double as reserved) and they couldn't / wouldn't give us another room or change the bed configuration. They asked me to pay in advance, the wi-fi connection was horrible. Walls are not sound insulated. We could hear guest snoring in the next room. It sounded like he was in the same room as us. Rooms were tiny. noisy street, small room very close other rooms, lack of space in the lobby, slow internet, no space for breakfast, depressive atmpsphere, don't go to this hotel. ok.... I did not like this hotel one bit. first a terrible location. do your research about the area. then the hotel... it was cramped and tiny. I just about couldn't stand up in my room as the ceiling was so low. the hotel was dirty, not sure what they think clean is. the bed was terrible. not actually a real mattress. the pillows were good.
