Good location, right beside metro station served by a lot of different lines. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms very quiet at night. Very nicely maintained hotel near Gare de l'Est and Nord. Rooms are newly done and staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is good, very close to metro and and Montmartre, 15min to go from Gare du Nord. The stuff was friendly. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel very close to Chateau d' Eau and Saint Denis stations so was easy to get around. Nice clean hotel, no issues what so ever. Very easy access to the Metro and Gare de Nore. It was very close walk to the central station and metro. Wifi was a available but you need to request a password per devise. Room was clean and updated could store luggage when waiting for a train. Good location, kind staff, not bad breakfast. Near metro station and supermarket. Hotel lobby and room were clean. Very near from metro station. There is nothing which you will like in this Hotel. Bit of a trek getting to the rooms. The people on the street after dark are a bit sketchy, but not a problem. Strong audibility, dirty stairs. Not in the best area of Paris. The family did not feel safe at night walking on the streets in this area. Lift was not working. . There were no good restaurants close to the hotels and there were a lot of street husslers right outside of the hotel. Very busy street so we could not leave the window open over night. Great location for food in a 15 min walk but hotel staff did not tell us but rather sent us to his friends expensive restaurant. Hotel offered a 8 euro per person breakfast when we were able to purchase the same buy the same breakfast for 2 for 6 euros at a local bakery next to the train station. This place is in a rough area and at night there appears to be many working ladies on the street. Hotel is small with cramped rooms and hall ways. A bit narrow & complicated corridor to carry big baggage. Hotel not in a good neightborhood. It us very dangerous if you are women travel alone or group of women. Better stay near Gare du Lyon. Room size is too small compared to its price. It charged same as chain hotel but overall service cant compared. Too many stairs. Locality is not good and feels unsafe to Walk on nearby street Room size very small and bit uncomfortable Staff doesn't speak English and so had problem communicating. poor facilities rude staff worse location expensive definitely not value for money no elevator zero flexibility. worst hotel ever. I was surprised this hotel was reasonably well rated on letsbookhotel.com. Lift was broken, stairs were in repairs and dust everywhere. Curtains very dirty, bed 100 years old. New bathroom but terrible smell from pipes.. The area is scary. No, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone..
