Right opposite stn, you could hardly miss your train! Convenient bar/cafe even if scruffy/dodgy - ok for male travellers or non fussy females as a small group. Room had everything necessary - VERY close to Chambery train / bus station. Rooms have been refurbished somewhat in recent years.

We'd love to return to Chambery and to Les Suites. - We've travelled around France for the past month and this is the loveliest room we've stayed in. Our hostess was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The room was marvellous - huge, beautifully decorated and absolutely charming. The bathroom was spacious and modernized. We enjoyed the sitting room, and had a very nice breakfast in the large and homey kitchen. All in all it was a memorable stay.
