The personnel were friendly. - We booked the hotel for 2 nights, but could stand it only for one (extremely noisy location, no condition, bad chemical smell). The personnel was nice and understanding and refunded us the second nice (and paid some compensation!). So we moved to Villa Marlioz 5 min away,which is lovely!
