  Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as well as the toilet/bathroom).   I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was just... what people say » pure comfort and a nice luxurious feel for a price that was not out of line. This booking made me look good to my wife, and made of us very happy! - perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.

I usually prefer hotels with 24 hour reception, but this hotel was centrally located and Arles is a safe place to be about at night, so using a code to let yourself in to the hotel after hours was acceptable. Within walking distance to most of the notable place in the old town and close to the tourist of - The staff comes to mind first, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean and a pleasure to use, I saw beautiful sunsets from my bedroom window. The location was excellent, right in the main street, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely walks and even if a distance away, if you don't mind walking, you could walk to the river and to the station. I have been to Arles before and will return in the future.

  What a fabulous and friendly hotel. We were delighted with the service, the location, the food and the pristine state of bedrooms and swimming pool alike. The owners were exceptional - warm and welcoming and patient with our young kids. Will certainly be staying in this wonderful hotel again. - Only three miles from Arles, but like a country house. The dinners were well priced and delicious. The pool was recently refinished. Every room faces a garden with a terrace or patio. The rooms are large and so is the refurbished bathroom. We took walks along the country road after dinner. The hosts are charming and jolly. I just adored this guesthouse in Provence.
