  The hotel location was excellent for sightseeing. The staff were very professional and upon check in gave all sorts of information not only about the hotel but about the city as well. The reception man asked what sights and attractions we wanted to visit during our stay and he showed us the best way to get to each place on the map. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
