good location,opposite train terminal and only short walk to city centre. Comfortable, good size room and bathroom. Had tea/coffe facilities which is not commonplace in Europe. Location of hotel was within walking distance of the town, very pleasent staff with good size rooms.Great hotel, very close to city center, clean. Although the same price as other hotels we stayed at on a four week trip around central Europe, this hotel was far superior to any other. Clean, well maintained, good services and air conditioning! It was also perfectly placed to walk to all the sights. The hotel also organised a taxi for us at the correct price as opposed to getting one off the street.Amazing breakfast!! :))) Bathrooms were great. Comfort +++. The Hotel is very close to a main motorway and we were a bit sceptical approaching it... We weren't bothered with the noise in any way though thanks to good double glazing. Highly recommended. No, all very correct, but only a small inconvenience, there was not written information in Spanish and staff don't speak Spanish. the wireless internet is kinda slow. The walk to the train station from the hotel through the city park at night was a bit scary. It was a bit farther than I thought and the hotel front which is hard to find is not well lit.the reception and loby are small and not so nice. The location. A bit off the main street. Do not feel very comfortable when walk back to hotel from town at night. entrance of the hotel was a little scary, park near the hotel seemed dangereous especially at nights. First impression was not good as it is located opposite a train station and right at a major junction of about 5 roads. No problem with noise though.Difficult access(stairs) with the kids stroller and eqiupements... Surroundins. Not very popular streets for "normal" people.when at breakfast we were there 5 mins before it closed. we ate then went to get a drink but the waitress was tidying up. My girlfriend asked if she could have a glass of water but the weitress looked at her and ignored her. I found this unnecessary and rude. We should have gone to breakfast earlier but this does not condone rudeness. All other staff were friendly and helpful.
