Everything was ok, clean room, quiet hotel except 1 night on which wewere wake up at 7 am by people knocking on the door. Room cleaner made amistake by only preparing 1 towel whereas we were 2 in the room. Notreally practical to get out of the shower! Except this point our staywas pleasant. The flat TV in my room was very small, since the size of room was big.there are no sofa or any comfortable chairs in my room , breafast was just so so. The laundry and dry cleaning service was very good but way over priced for such standard hotel in Prague. Also there is no easy way to get to hotel from airport but take the cabs and it wasn't cheap. costs 800CZ-900CZ.So you better to have cash ready. The prices did not match up with the prices booked on letsbookhotel.com and was over £150 more expencive. The hotel did not give good value for the price it costed me.Some employees weren't professional at all, that 'design' wasn't designat all, in the lifts you always have to use your room card (ridiculous!). I had a very bad experience in this hotel, I booked and paid more money for a suite wich I saw the pictures in internet and they gave me a regular room . I left the hotel the day after .
