  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  Hotel Rott is in an excellent location, I don't think we could have got a better location if we tried. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map of Prague upon our arrival. The reception man asked what sights and attractions we wanted to visit during our stay and he showed us the best way to get to each place on the map. Also if you are thinking of stopping here then you could not ask for a better location as it is right in the heart of the centre, Old town square is only 30 seconds away and charles bridge 5 minutes.

The Imperial Art Deco hotel was fabulous. We loved all of it and rate it as probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
