So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! Thanks, Guys! -

We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

Yes, everything was excelent. The location is lovely, only 6 metrostations from down town, but was very convenient because the metrostations is under hotel, so you don not have to get out and search forit. I loved this hotel. We got there extremely early and they gave us a room to rest and sleep until our room with a double bed was ready. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. The location right in front of the metro station was absolutely perfect, as we literally stepped out of the room
