Great Hotel with very friendly staff, interesting facilities, well mixed guests, clean, large rooms, very good price. We wil come again and again and again. price, place for smokers, excellent beer, swimming pool. Very good value for money. It was very clean.There is a swimming pool, bowling ... great sport activity possible. swimming pool entrance included in the booking price.

I booked for three nights and left after the first. When I asked for a refund for the last two nights, I was told"politely" no. This place is a dump and I strongly advise people to avoid it like the plague. No hot water. meal in a cup. Asked to pay for use of generla facilies. Cold. Staff extremely unhelpful. Avid this hotel.lack of polish TV. It was little bit noise.The traffic noise. the location is close to the railway => it was noisy even during the night. Very small double rooms!. breakfast was always the same. I did not like the fact the staff were robotic and never smiled orspoke..and the cleaners never really tidied the room as we had cobwebsthe day we arrived above the bed till the day we left!!breakfast wasvery poor...every day egg and sausage!!and altho it was fab gaving thebowling and pool it was expensive..and to all men..if u want to goswimming bring speedos as you will not be allowed in!. low wireless internet connection and train noise ...Room wasn't very clean - dust everywhere - beds were cheap and very basic - and the bar was misty with cigarette smoke. How on earth can this be classed as a 4 star?. The room's furniture had dust, the duvet sheet was very small and the duvet's cover had stains. Towels had holes. Hairdryer did not work. Facilities like swimming pool, sauna, massage were not available. Wi-Fi was very slow. At the hotel's shop I was charged 7 Euros for a map of 150 Korunas when I normaly should pay 5.8 Euros. In overall (in my opinion) the hotel did not deserve the four stars.terrible breakfast, missing tresor in the room, poor bathroom facilities, old room furniture. Worst 4star hotel i have ever stayed in, 70Euro taxi from train station I cant begin to imagine how much from the airport. tiny room, 2 single matresses but had a single sheet on it for the bottom sheet so you woke up sleeping on the mattress, pancakes for pillows unconfortable, reception staff not helpful, Prague town 20 minute underground ride away, underground about 15-20min walk from hotel.everything. From the manner of the staff to the lack of hot water to the 3rd world facilities. Simply, avoid this place.
