I loved this hotel. We got there extremely early and they gave us a room to rest and sleep until our room with a double bed was ready. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. The location right in front of the metro station was absolutely perfect, as we literally stepped out of the room and onto the train. I just loved it!.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Subway more or less joined on to the hotel, and these were every couple of minutes into the center. Complimentary wine and chocs on arrival. Room had view over Prague. Couldn't really fault a thing.I liked the location of the hotel since the metro station is located only 20 m from the hotel entrance and only two stops from the city center! Excellent value for money, gentle staff and perfect bed!. Hotel was very good and there wasn't any negative issues during the drip. Also metro stations was very near, which gave very good possibility to travel to downtown.High-quality hotel with lots of services (but you need to pay for these services if you take a promotion room rate, which is fair enough).price is very good compared to its service and food and environment and room condition.Amazing breakfast!! The staff of the "Let's eat" restaurant very friendly.I've appreciated the structure and the staff. ( Mr. Vilem is great!). The 5 elevators are very fast. The winter promotion made the rooms quite cheap. AC regulation in room. Quiet ventilation. Breakfast worth the money.The Breakfast was really great also the staff was friendly there and you can use many other facilities espacially if you don't like to leave the hotel. There was not enough acurate information on the website regarding the renovation works being carried out at the hotel. This was very disappointing as I particularly chose this hotel for its facilities and location.One receptionist didnt accept my credit card.With the same card i made the booking from booking.com!!!We had to pay the total price of the room and make a safety deposit of 100€ wich we took back when we left.Localisation slightly out of the old center, but in front of a metro station making all access easy. One unpleasant thing happened. I have paid for the room are part of Executive Club (22nd floor). The price included all facilities of executive club including breakfast on the same floor. But, hotell staff refused me to take breakfast on the Executive Club floor. The reason they have announced was that everything is overbooked, although at 7AM the breakfast room was absolutely free.The swinging pool was not included or 15 euro pp for swimming. Prices for amenities at the hotel were high eg. Bar prices and theswimming pool and gym cost extra which would very often be free tohotel guests.For the morning breakfast, there were lack of staffs who can take care of guests for the breakfast.No independent heat or AC controls in the rooms - we were on the 21st floor and had to have the windows open in December. Some staff were unfriendly, but they were the exception.Mini bar prices are absurd! Same for phonecalls and internet. Also, the quality of the room cleaning service leaves much to be desired - didn't change used glass (only one in the double room!), replaced 2 towels with a single clean one, changed sheets for fresh ones on only one bed dispite the fact that both were marked for change. Oriental restaurant very expensive with average food.when i entered the room the garbage was not taken. i asked somebody from the reception to take it out, but nobody did till the next day.the pool and spa was excellent, but may be it could be included in the room price. smells smoking in our room, but it was not from our room but other floors or other rooms. Mattress was a little too soft.I wish to have the executive lounge opened longer time, e.g until 12 midnight. Unfortunately the casino was under restoration without any apparent signs or informtion and the hotell bar closed an hour earlier than stated.Was there work going on ?? It did not upset my stay except early morning. Extras such as internet access, mini bar, food in hotel, transfer by cab to airport were all exorbitant charge. 12 euro for a 1ltr bottle of water in the room, 6 euro for 500ml bottle in mini bar, about 17 euro for movie form pay per view all well overpriced.the conditioner did not work, since it was "too cold" (about -1 C outside), so the room temperature was about 27 C and the staff was unable to do anything about it. The one window, that could be opened a bit didn't help...Room was very warm so couldn't get a propper sleep, kept waking up sweating.cold in rooms, expensive parking.
