We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. Very enjoyable stay. - The reception staff in particular

Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. The localization of hotel are very good because is far from turistic downtown and near to subways and trams (public transportations).
This is good because the city does not operate with Euros, only tchec crouwns, local money, and the there are better currency exchange houses and good restaurants.
The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.
