We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. Very enjoyable stay. The reception staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were fairly basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very nice and kept us going until our evening meal. There was lots of choice and a nice dining area.

The area in which the hotel is located is not a great area.Bigger gym only.all the other things were perfect. We were not aware of the onsite parking entrance being so narrow and small due to the building being old (nearly scratched our car!) and parking cost so high.No tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel is only a block from the top of Wenceslaus square, but it is in a marginal neighborhood with a lot of sex shops on the block. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nicest parts of Prague.that you can't make a cup of hot drink in the room due to lack of a teapot or a water heater. There is a couple of sex shops in the area as indicated in other reviews but these shops can be seen in many other areas of the city so don't let it put you off this first class hotel.Expensive parking. You had to be a contortionist to access the socket to internet-it was in the bottom corner behind a heavy desk with a TV set on it. A simple extension will sort this out. Otherwise, excellent on all counts. The hallway and corridors are sometimes used as smoking areas by customers. You can feel frustrated sometimes if you ask the reception for places to go, maybe use google instead. Smile, friendliness are still a concept some of the night shift employees should be trained about, but have been told that's part of the culture. Sex supermarket opposite might offend some guests, especially those with children, but the frontage was fairly discrete. It did not bother us in the least. Unwelcoming and indifferent receptionist upon arrival.A shame as the restaurant staff are so nice. One of the advantages of this hotel is the availability of free and fast (wired) Internet connectivity. However, on the first day of my stay the network was not available.Traffic noise but it is in a city centre so should be expected. Charge on hottub/sauna. Expensive garage lot. the breakfast could be a little more imaginative. Lack of tea making facility. no tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is located in the center of Prague on a crossing of two busy streets with lots of traffic (but it's completely quiet inside). We had an excellent sitting area in our room which was spoiled by not very comfortable chairs and room was sparsely furnished. Reserved 2 beds, but a 1 bed room was the only room available. would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. Room was very comfortable though the bed was somewhere between fair and good. A bit disappointing fro a 4 star hotel. position not central. Wish some rooms had been a little more spacious. The location was on a street with many sex shops and bondage stores. Was a bit put off by that! Also no tea making facilities in the room and tried to get a cup of tea at 10 o clock at night and the staff wouldnt accomodate us!.
