Extremely helpful English speaking woman at the front desk, close to the gorgeous food/souvieour street stall area and tourist attractions like the Bell tower. Also close to modern shopping area and the huge night market lane way. Largish rooms with good bathrooms and lovely courtyard area.

Despite staff not speaking English, they answered all our questions using computer translators, and even got an interpreter in when we first arrived. They were patient and friendly, and always tried to help with any problems. -

confirming a pickup at the airport, being met by 'John' when we

The location was great! I found the manager, John, to be one of the nicest and honest people I have met in all my world travels. He really was interested in making us comfortable. No English but they will call John for you to communicate. A side note Chinese hotel are rated differently - 3 stars are often 1 star hotels - I rate this a 2.5 stars. Lots to do in Xian around this hotel - we had a great view from the hotel.
